Victoria has always known that she would end up in the healthcare field. Coming from a long line of nurses, it was also her passion to care for others. Beginning her career in healthcare in 2008, she fell in love with senior care.
After graduating from a local nursing program, Victoria wanted to continue her passion of caring for others. transitioning into a role that afforded her the resources and knowledge to connect community resources to those in need. as a nurse, it is very hard to see the effect that current staffing ratios have on patients and fellow nurses. Trying to ensure that the community has resources for in-home care, helps to alleviate the need for a family facing a difficult decision regarding placement too early. Through her career, Victoria has learned that the framework to caring for others can come in many different varieties. It is now more important than ever to connect our community to the resources that are available to them.
Upon the creation of Absolute Care Solutions, it is Victoria’s hope to continue her passion of caring for others by reaching more people than ever. Helping the community receive resourcing and care they need safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Lindsay McKenzie,

Lindsay McKenzie started her career working part time in a Senior living retirement community in 2008 while working towards a Master’s degree in counseling. It was during that time that she realized the challenges that families face when trying to make care decisions for their aging loved ones. Lindsay became a licensed Assisted Living and Nursing Home Administrator upon the completion of her Master’s program and worked for various companies in that capacity for several years.
Her passion for working with Seniors and their families along with the recognition that there were so many more families seeking options for reliable part-time care solutions as an alternative to costly long term placement, led her to the world of home and community based services. Since that time, Lindsay immersed herself in learning how to help families obtain financial resources to subsidize the cost of care and developed numerous community based care programs including medical adult daycare, non-medical in-home care, and non-emergency medical transportation.
During the 2020 global pandemic when access points to Senior care were heavily impacted, Lindsay recognized that the need for families and professionals to have a reliable source for care navigation and creative solutions to keep seniors connected and engaged was more vital than ever .
Lindsay’s desire for Absolute Care Solutions is to be that “one-stop” resource and synergy point for referrals to complementary services with the objective of creating a unique and affordable care experience for clients and their families.
